Blue Hawaii (Beachbum Berry version)
2 oz unsweetened pineapple juice
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz blue Curacao
1/4 oz simple syrup
1/2 teaspoon cream of half and half
1.5 oz vodka
Shake well with plenty of ice and pour unstrained into a tall glass
