Dead Reckoning cocktail recipe
- 1oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1oz Unsweetened Pineapple Juice
- 1/2oz Vanilla Flavored Brandy Liqueur
- 1/2oz Tawny Port
- 1/2oz Maple Syrup (Grade A)
- 2oz Mount Gay 12-Year Extra Old Rum
- 1oz Club Soda
- 1 Dash Agnostura Bitters
Shake everything -except soda- with ice. Stir in soda and pour into a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, mint sprig and a length of spiral cut lemon peel.
