The fabulous Josh Goldfarb joins us on this week’s Mai Tai Happy Hour as we battle over whether the Descendent’s I Don’t Want To Grow Up should go into the Punk Rock Canon. We even get a quick appearance from Chuck Friendly who might or might not have thought we were talking about Everything Sucks. For the first time in years, we also sat down and watched the last season of Walking Dead with Andrew Lincoln and try to decide whether or not the show is any better than it was three seasons or so ago.
Hambone has been seduced by the new Doctor Who and tries to explain to us why now is the time to start watching a show that has been around for like 50 years. Finally, we go over the 2019 nominees for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and try not to bitch too much about why Priest and Maiden have NEVER been nominated. All that and Hambone teaches us how to make a Grant’s Tomb cocktail.
