Dead Reckoning cocktail recipe

  • 1oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1oz Unsweetened Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2oz Vanilla Flavored Brandy Liqueur
  • 1/2oz Tawny Port
  • 1/2oz Maple Syrup (Grade A)
  • 2oz Mount Gay 12-Year Extra Old Rum
  • 1oz Club Soda
  • 1 Dash Agnostura Bitters

Shake everything -except soda- with ice. Stir in soda and pour into a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, mint sprig and a length of spiral cut lemon peel.
