HBO Max has been low key adding some great limited series content in the past few months, including my new favorite dark comedy, White Lotus, a tiki adjace story about different horrible people being miserable in Hawaii. I can’t even begin to go into it without spoiling everything, but it is the feel bad show of the year. Meanwhile. John loved John Cena’s new Hulu movie, Vacation Friends which justifiably deserves to be on a tier 2 streaming platform because it sucks so much. Okay, not as much as Snake Eyes, which gets the honor of being the second best GI Joe movie simply by process of elimination. On a good note, Anthrax is turning 40 this year and is celebrating with a 20+ part documentary on YouTube about their full illustrious career. Just don’t ask them about those five years in the early 2000s when they had three lead singers and screwed over John Bush.
